I prefer the lotus paste filling (and used your recipe for that too). Using the microwave for the glutinous flour is genius!!! I used a mooncake mold and now have loads of beautiful mooncakes for the holiday!!! The only thing I would say is that if you use this recipe with a mini mooncake mold, this will only make around 6 of them.
